Terms of Service

Nivasaya grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Nivasaya ERP software for your property and real estate management needs, subject to these terms and your subscription plan.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

You agree not to misuse the Services — including reverse-engineering the software, attempting to gain unauthorised access, or using the platform for unlawful purposes.

Details regarding billing cycles, plan upgrades, cancellation policies, and renewal procedures are provided at the point of subscription. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the platform. We process it solely to provide the Services, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Nivasaya is a management tool; final business decisions remain the responsibility of the client. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nivasaya is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Services.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. On termination, you may export your data within a reasonable period before deletion.

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
