• Operational data — projects, properties, units, leads, sales, expenses, inventory, and documents you add to the platform.
• Usage & device data — log data, device type, and app interactions used to keep the Services secure and reliable.

Your data is used strictly to provide our services — account management, ERP optimisation, customer support, security, and product improvement. We process operational data on your behalf as a data processor. We never sell your data to third parties.
