Nivasaya is a real estate ERP for developers and property managers. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time, using either method below.
How to request deletion
Request deletion by email
By email
Email connect@Nivasaya.com from your registered email address with:
- Subject: Account deletion request
- Your registered phone number and a short note confirming the request.
We verify your identity and complete the request within 30 days.
What is deleted
Data we permanently remove
- Your user profile — name, email, phone number, photo
- Business details — company name, address, GST
- All projects, properties, units, and inventory you created
- All leads, sales records, and customer details
- All expenses, vendor payments, and financial records
- All staff and team accounts under your business
- All uploaded documents, blueprints, and contracts
- All support tickets and in-app messages
What is kept
Data we retain to meet legal obligations
Indian law requires us to retain certain records even after deletion. After the retention period ends, this data is permanently destroyed.
